The soft floral print on seafoam crystal pleated chiffon evokes a romantic 1930's mood, but this feminine maxi dress is actually from the late 1970s or early 80s. The wide neckline is trimmed with a large ruffle. The sleeveless bodice of the dress has tiny pleats that skim over the body without being too fitted. Below the waist, the pleats open out into a soft drift of chiffon for the full-length skirt. The attached acetate slip underneath the sheer chiffon is cut on the bias, and closes in back with a plastic zipper. The chiffon layer has covered buttons in back. The dress comes with a matching, pleated chiffon choker (with a cute little rosette), which fastens with hooks and eyes. Bust: measures 32" flat, and stretches easily to 36"
