I ran over to her and grabbed the bag out of her hand and found out it is the new Speedy (you should have seen me there-- I was a wild woman running around breaking rules and taking photos of areas that no one, not even WWD nor Vogue have ever taken photos of before! I was shocked they didn't kick me out, in fact, the LV staff was quite gracious and even offered me champagne--

The Bag Snob Says... we found a gorgeous clutch that we both had to have (it was not on sale but isn't that always the case?)- The Muse clutch in silver/gray Tupinambi lizard skin. Everything about it is delirious perfection! The size (around 8x4), the skin (gorgeous lizard scales dyed in varying shades of silver and gunmetal gray), the perfect stitching and the iconic muse clasp (which totally makes the clutch). We talk about classic pieces all the time and I can't think of another more classic and gorgeous clutch than this! The Bag Snob says: I saw the Elvie by Alexander McQueen at Fred Segal in Santa Monica the other day and it stopped me in my tracks. It is the sleek and modern cousin of the now iconic Novak bag and I know it will show up on the arms of Kate and Madonna this season! It's got the same shape as the Novak without the boning and stiffness which makes it soft and easier to carry. It also comes in fire engine red patent leather which is the hottest color right now.
