this is where it all began!
this showpiece is based on the glass diatom and radiolarian models at the museum of natural history in NYC.
it is totally wearable, and the spikys don't hurt the wearer, though they would snag.
this is one of my favorite pieces ever, and while i would hate to part with it, i would absolutely love for it to actually be worn by someone who loves it as much as i do!
in the meantime,
i hope this image spices up a treasury or two!
all components are sterling silver. i have hand-sculpted and cast each piece personally.
