Kristin Brady redefines what it is to be sexy with her clothing line KTG. Kristin does not employ methods of western tailoring such as zippers, buttons, or hook and eye. Instead, KTG utilizes an approach akin to sculpture. All Kristin's designs are handmade in her California studio. Organic and asymmetrical, the Apron Dress is sure to be the right choice for dinner and the theater. If you are looking to go the sexy route, then the Brown with Applique piece is definitely your dress of choice. Check out the slideshow to see more of Kristin's work.

Stylediary Spotlight: Pash Has a Passion for Fashion

Again, I'm bringing you another Australian- the rest of the world really needs to step up their game! This 24-year-old is a self-confessed adornment fanatic. Whether it's gold chains, appliques, rosettes, bows, drapes, ruffles, fringing, feathers, anything jeweled, tie-dye or watercolor prints, she is ready and willing to incorporate it. I like that despite her love of "extras" her looks all appear simple, clean, and coordinated. Most importantly nothing she wears overpowers her frame; it is all balanced. Pash's Stylediary boasts some big names: Christian Louboutin, Luella, Mike & Chris, and Betsey Johnson all make cameos. Even though many of her pieces are from established designers, you could just as easily come up with similar looks from vintage racks. Check out my picks from Pash in the SLIDESHOW and make sure to check out Pash's Stylediary for yourself! As always, let me know in the COMMENTS section if you find someone that NEEDS to be featured!

Vintage Style: Sunshine Finds for Vintage Fashionistas

It's that time of year when the Back to School sales are in full swing. And while I'm won't be stocking up on any yellow No. 2 pencils, I am inspired to sport something in the sunshine shade during the remaining carefree days of summer. Yellow is a surefire attention-getter (which is why there are so many yellow taxicabs on our streets) but that also makes it especially tricky to wear. Try pairing it with neutrals for a chic ensemble or with navy for a nautical look. And if you think you can't wear yellow because it washes you out, don't give up without a fight. With choices that range from banana to canary, you are sure to find a sunshine shade that is just right for you. Still need some inspiration? Then click the SLIDESHOW for a collection of yummy yellow vintage finds.

Consider for a moment that, according to the EPA, four million tons of textiles are sent to landfills each year. Four million tons! Now we vintage fashionistas are already doing our part to alleviate this particular problem, but there's always something more we can do, right? Maybe it's time to check out that consignment shop on your way home. Or to make sure you keep some paper shopping bags in your car for your next department store visit. Or to find a tailor and re-fashion a dress you were going to trash. Being green and being chic are not mutually exclusive. And vintage fashions will always carry a lower carbon footprint than any of the new eco-fashion labels. Just click the SLIDESHOW to be inspired with ten fabulous finds under $100.
