Marion Cotillard Proves Looks Can Kill With The Lady Dior Bag ...

Move over, Audrey Tautou for Chanel -- couture cinema is a hot trend in the advertising world, and Marion Cotillard (along with her covetable collection of Dior accessories) is the new face of these fashionable mini-films. Reunited with La Vie en Rose director Olivier Dahan, the dynamic duo seeks to make movie magic not for the sake of Oscar glory this time around, but for dramatizing Dior's Lady Dior collection with a series of four mysteriously chic Film Noir-inspired installments. The first mini-film, "Lady Noire" includes all the best aspects of a good film noir flick from the muted colors to its fashionable femme fatale and slew of ridiculously well-dressed thugs -- in fact, I have to admit I spent more time checking out the killer designer loot than attempting to follow its sly storyline. Check out the trailer below, then watch the full mini-film at the official Lady Dior site to get hooked on the four-part saga. If you're really intrigued, you can even follow Lady Dior on Twitter for clues on cracking the case and news on the next upcoming installments!

Have You Seen The Chanel No. 5 Short Film With Audrey Tautou?

Watch the new short film for Chanel No. 5 on the product's official website! It stars Amelie's Audrey Tautou and is set to debut as a TV advertisement soon. The mood is definitely romantic with its train setting, longing looks, and its exotic Istanbul locale. Amelie director, French filmmaker Jean-Pierre Jeunet, brings a softer, romantic side to Chanel No. 5 -- a stark contrast to the glitzy and glamorous ads starring Nicole Kidman, as well as the ones from the 80's with Carole Bouquet. Chanel No. 5 becomes a soft, artistic, and sophisticated lady thanks to Audrey Tautou. On a side note, I love the delicate star necklace she's wearing in the last scene! What do you think?

Five time Olympic medalist Nastia Liukin may be known for her moves on the balance beam and uneven bars, but is the fashion world ready for her athleticism? She may be only 5'3" but she packs a lot of strength and grace just like any seasoned model as the new face of Max Azria's Spring 2009 campaign. Stylehive got some behind-the-scenes pictures of Nastia at her photoshoot. From the looks of the pictures, I guess you really can do anything in those strappy black wedges! With that and her brief cameos in the movie "Stick It" and hit show "Gossip Girl," now we all know the camera loves her. You'll recall her collaboration with Vanilla Star Jeans in addition to front row seats at more than a few fashion shows last season- clearly, her poise and creativity extend well beyond the gym.

The iconic Diane Von Furstenberg doesn۪t only lead the way, she paves it. It started with a wrap dress, and has grown into a global luxury lifestyle whose success rides on Diane۪s keen eye for beauty and acute understanding of what women want and how to make them look and feel amazing. For her first ad campaign since the re-launch of her eponymous label over a decade ago, it۪s no surprise that Diane took an innovative approach, collaborating with artist Fran̤ois-Marie Banier and model Natalia Vodianova, for awe-inspiring images that combine photography, painting, words, and gorgeous color, and aim to not only celebrate beauty, but the soul of a woman. . "I loved the idea of telling the story in an online art gallery. It shares the experience as an insider and preserves the integrity of the project....The film and the images reflect the story beautifully and show the emotion" said Diane.

The ad campaign will debut in select March magazine issues, but fans can still get a sneak peak on dvf.com, which now provides a link to an online gallery for images from the campaign, a video clip documenting the project, biographies of the people involved, and more.
