Well
Target, or "Tarjay" as I like to call it, has done it once again with their latest
GO International collection. This time around they've joined efforts with British designer
Jonathan Saunders to create their Fall '08 line of cheap (read, reasonably priced) and chic clothing for that funky fashionista with a minimum wage wallet. In true Saunders style, the collection was infused with vibrant colors against a black canvas of flattering silhouettes, including shift dresses, slim-cut pants, and various skirt styles. The influence of artists such as
Gustav Klimt,
Piet Mondrian,
Jackson Pollock, and
Mark Rothko runs throughout the collection with prominent themes of dot prints, color blocks, marble prints, and ombre dyes. The collection hits Target stores nationwide October 5 (although I hear some pieces are already popping up here and there!) and runs through November 1, so get them while they last!
