Beautiful, black, wool blend wiggle dress with wonderful details. Dress has a modified empire waist and the scoop neckline has a gorgeous soutache trim along front and back with small black beads and larger black beads that dangle. A large tab with a bound button hole and large circular beaded button adorns the front. The sleeves are cut in one piece with the bodice. The skirt has a set of knife pleats that descend from the waist and open up towards the bottom. Dress has a back kick pleat and a partial lining. It closes with a back metal zipper. Labeled "Charles Warner Original".
