Betsey with her family after accepting the Gold Medal of Honor from NAC President Aldon James. Betsey created a visual presentation on a hot pink scroll which told the story of her life and how she got to where she is today and she recruited the help of her family to hold it and tell personal stories. In attendance: her daughter Lulu, her sister Sally and her brother Bob amongst others.
