  I had a HORRIBLE experience shopping here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND going to the New York store!! Manager Mr. Yoram Adler was a complete jerk! I was sold two Splendid t-shirts -- one was fine and the other's dye came out. The manager was extremely argumentative and confrontational, he basically said my judgment was wrong for bringing the tshirt to the dry cleaner to make sure the spots weren't stains, and he refused to help in anyway (pay for dry cleaning bill, make an exchange, offer store credit ). I will never shop there again!
