Description: just sometimes we step out of the dream and create the things that once were only visions in our mind…it seems i have so many of these but push them back for there is not time at the present to make it a reality…but how long can we do that before we lose that gift? today as i was browsing etsy like i do on most days i ran across a designer that creates jewelry that takes you back… i love how she tells her story…

Description: Come back in time with me a moment, to the days of paper dolls and cut and paste…when our minds ran free with no worries. Yael’s creations reminds me of those days, she is inspired by shapes that she sees everyday around her, buildings, pictures in magazines and people. Yael creates her designs by cutting out shapes in magazines and paper that she carefully positions to create her designs. They are then accented with a marker to create the details.

Description: go back in time to the vintage era with indie designer Marisa Danielle Perry. Marisa’s one of a kind handbags and jewerly take you back to a whole different era. A time when fashion was a way a life and great designers were plenty. I often wonder about this era, and what influenced those designs…

Chanel’s online site is junkprints.com...a found sewing machine and a wonderful guy friend that biked it home for her was the start of her fashion wares…and then she found etsy and started her store junkprints.
