When she's not busy burying her nose in spell books, donning dress robes, and getting all "teenage-angsty" over a not-quite-budding romance with Ron Weasley, Emma Watson is quite the young fashion icon. Known for her love of Chanel eveningwear, her buddy-buddiness with Karl Lagerfeld, and her role as Burberry's fresh fall face, Emma seems to have the whole "effortlessly elegant" look down pat. And now with "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" in full media swing, she's charming big-screen audiences and red carpet rompers alike with her collection of captivating big-night dresses. From Hogwarts to Hollywood and beyond, not even the Sectumsempra curse could stop her style-savviness! Vote below on which of Hermione's many outfits you find most bewitching! Photo Credit: PR Photos
Nobody throws a party like Puffy/Diddy/Sean Combs! This is a man who is a giant in the music industry, fashion world and a force to be reckoned with in terms of business savvy. Sean "Diddy" Combs definitely embodies the age-old saying of 'Work Hard, Party Harder!'. He does everything so over-the-top and extravagantly, how could you expect anything less at a Diddy party? Diddy got together with his best friend and also very business-savvy, trouble making, taller, Caucasian counterpart, Ashton Kutcher to throw a star-studded summer bash! Held at a private residence in Beverly Hills, Combs, Kutcher and Malaria No More opened their arms and summer closets and invited many of their closest celebrity friends to help celebrate the sunshine and raise awareness for malaria. Where there is a Hollywood party, there's the latest fashion and many big celebrity egos trying to show it off! Everyone had to wear white (Diddy turned Katie Lee Joel away for wearing cream) but each star had their own take and personal style! Model Amber Rose, Kanye's ex, kept it sexy and summery with a pair of white skinny jeans and a barely-there, draped top, while Cassie played up her edgy half-hairstyle with an equally edgy half-dress! Khloe Kardashian kept it sweet and feminine with a strapless pouf mini and some killer shoes! Take our poll and let us know who you think looked white-hot at Diddy's Annual White Party!
The BET Awards were just held at The Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles and it was a bittersweet show this year due to the sudden passing of Michael Jackson. Personally, the most poignant moment was Beyonce performing "Arms Of An Angel" in remembrance, but you also had other knock-out performers like as Jay-Z, gospel duo Mary Mary, Keri Hilson and Monica. Some favorites won: Beyonce for Best Female R&B Artist, Ne-Yo for Best Male R&B, Keri Hilson walked away with 'Best New Artist' and Lil' Wayne is still on top with a 'Best Male Hip-Hop Artist win. Great, but no real surprises there! Aside from the big celeb names, fist-pumping performances and musical memories, stars were also lighting up the red carpet and showing it off pre-show! Many of the men cleaned up nicely, but it was the women that did the real show-stopping and head-turning. Beyonce showed some leg in a marbled Balmain dress, Alicia Keys looked confident and sexy in a sari-inspired tunic, and Keri Hilson made a bold statement in a pop-art, mosaic strapless sheath dress. Which BET bombshell do you think was the most daring songstress on the red carpet?
Even if you have no interest in "Transformers" (or Shia LaBeouf, for that matter), the general premise is a no-brainer: cars that turn into giant destructive robots. But did you know that common household linens also transform into dresses? I didn't either, but apparently at the summer blockbuster's Los Angeles premiere, Hollywood starlets were convinced that sheets and curtains could suitably convert into red carpet ensembles. While I'm sure "Grecian goddess" is what she was going for, Megan Fox didn't exactly live up to her "sexiest woman in the world" rep in her white sack robe. Similarly, Aubrey O'Day looked uncharacteristically covered up and almost classy... but did she have to resort to wearing a pillowcase? And we know it can be tough to pick out clothes when you're preggers, but wearing a curtain is never the answer, Kendra Wilkinson! It's a common expression to say that some of the world's A-list actresses are so beautiful they could even make a paper bag look good, but apparently that sentiment doesn't quite carry over to drapery. Vote below on who you think looks the sloppiest in their sheet-like sheath.
The Whitney Contemporaries Art Party And Auction held last Wednesday at NYC's Skylight left me with two burning questions- one, isn't every Whitney party an art party? And two, what was up with Hana Soupkova's dress? In case you weren't already aware, the Contemporaries are a group of art patrons who support the Whitney's dedication to up-and-coming talent and innovation. They're also granted full access to the NYC art scene-- not such a bad gig. The event was essentially a who's who of the dynamic New York social scene, with Lydia Hearst and Tinsley Mortimer mingling amongst the likes of model Hilary Rhoda and actress Camilla Belle. I've narrowed down the most noteworthy looks to a mere three- read on to vote and let us know which look get your bid!
Forget shimmery beiges and glossy nudes! According to some of today's most beauty-savvy starlets, the chic trend in lip color during this almost-summer season is a punchy red-orange pout to match the red carpet they're treading on! With accompanying curly locks and sometimes even mile-long lash extensions to boot, it seems like Young Hollywood fashionistas are taking a page from the Old Hollywood glamour book and channeling some of their favorite pin-up poster girls in a way that's both classic and hip. While Katy Perry is no stranger to cranberry lipstick (topped with cherry chapstick, no doubt), other lippy ladies like TV bad gal AnnaLynne McCord, Katharine McPhee, and Evan Rachel Wood are less about the retro-glam gimmick and more about making a bold yet risky statement with their racy kisser. Bright red-orange lips may be a vivid look, but that doesn't mean it suits everyone! Vote below on who looks the prettiest with a ruby pout.Photo Credit: PR Photos
What's sexier than a guy with a great sense of humor? Hmm... OH, I know! I know! A guy with a great sense of humor... who can actually dress himself! Can I get an "amen, sister"? Just kidding, but seriously -- I guess when it comes to most celebs and their hired stylists, we can't exactly give them all the credit for picking out their wardrobe on their own, but still -- a cute, funny guy who also happens to be fashionable is a fine find indeed. While it may be stereotypically safe to assume that most goofy guys have equally laughable closets, it's refreshing to know that some of the younger generation funny fellas, including the likes of John Krasinski and Andy Samberg, know that there's a time and a place for making the crowds chuckle -- and their three-piece suits and tailored shirts are no laughing matter! These guys may not be the next Brad Pitts, but looking at how well they clean up, it's no wonder why their collective dating record reads like a Victoria's Secret catalog! Vote below on who you think is the most stylish snicker-inducer of the bunch.

I'm all about headbands. They save us from bad hair days and add a bit of preppy flair when needed. Yet there is one headband trend that has some people as divided as Red Sox and Yankees fans. That trend is the horizontal hippie headband look. We saw this trend starting last spring, and it still seems to be going strong. Repeat offenders include Ashlee Simpson, Nicole Richie, Whitney Port and Mischa Barton. Barton has even struck up a partnership with headband designer Stacey Lapidus, making, you guessed it... bejeweled hippie headbands. They have the unfortunate effect of making your hair look like a mushroom cap and make even the coolest hipster look they are trying too hard. Clearly, I'm not a fan, but what do you think of the hair-raising trend?
When it comes to leather, there's a fine line between who can really pull it off and who should literally pull it off and donate the duds to the nearest Goodwill. Especially now that summer is nipping at our heels, I've been surprised to see so many stars still donning the leather look while roaming the red carpet -- some even decked out in the fabric head-to-toe even throughout the sunniest days of late May. From aspiring rock-chick Taylor Momsen to cutesie R&B crooner Jesse McCartney, it's tough to say whether some of these artists are really digging their leather loot or are just trying too hard to convince us that they have a rebel side. Is it officially time to hang up the motorcycle jackets and liquid leggings and embrace some more breathable material, or is there a whole slew of dominatrix-inspired trends just around the corner? Vote below on who you think looks good enough in their leather to be allowed to wear it for a little longer...
Any type of award show or gala or red carpet event is exciting. The flashbulbs and the paparazzi, the celebrities and of course, the main event itself! But, we all know the most appealing and fun part of these functions: Who is wearing what? The American Ballet Theater held its 69th Annual Spring Gala on May, 18th and dozens of celebrities and famous names and faces came out in their most elegant floor-sweeping gowns to help celebrate the event. Held at the Metropolitan Opera House, a steady stream of celebrities and beauties sashayed past photographers and showed off their beautiful gowns. Anna Wintour showed her fashion roots in an ankle-length gown with origami pleating details and an elegant mottled pattern that showed off her impressive figure. Coco Rocha stunned in a bright, ocean blue, off-the-shoulder ruffled number that contrasted beautifully with her fiery hair and porcelain skin. Iman showed who was top model in an eye-catching, one-shouldered ball gown in peridot green, playing up her skin's gorgeous tone. Which style-savvy fashionista do you think stole the spotlight? Take our poll and tell us your opinion!
