About me
Designer of the Stacia knitwear label (available in 500 boutiques across the country and at shopstacia.com.) Based in Santa Monica, my line evokes the laid-back California beach lifestyle. My washable luxe EcoKnits are made of eco-friendly fibers such as bamboo and soybean. I custom design my own palette of vibrant space-dye yarns. Silhouettes and space-dye patterns inspired by surf-culture and my upbringing in Hawaii.

I believe in effort-less chic. Clothes should be comfortable, versatile, washable, and conform to your lifestyle. My designs can go from the beach, to work, to out on the town. 
Three things I can't live without
My two children, Campbell Duke and Kaiulani Rose (can they count as one?!), my husband (better not leave him out!), and a Stacia bamboo hoodie. 
When I'm not hiving...
All I do is work!! I'm a one-man show here at Stacia, Inc. When I'm not blogging, hiving, or working, I'm either surfing or hanging with my family at the beach.

Where did you go for your last vacation?
Back home to Hawaii to surf in warm water and to christen my baby girl on Sandy Beach where I grew up.

 

I can't leave the house without
My large Coach turquoise leather tote - holds everything from diapers to work invoices and samples! And of course, my Iphone - my link to the outside world.
