What designers are you into these days?
Recently, Ter et Bantine. Gorgeous, deceptively minimal lines and muted colors. Like Marni meets MoMa.

 

Jewelry, shoes, or bags: which do you splurge on the most?
Shoes. Most definitely shoes. I won't do knock-offs but can downgrade a bit on bags and jewelry. Shoes? Not so much.

 

Who is your number one style icon?
Oh, that's hard! Sorry, I have to cheat: Tracee Ellis Ross, Talitha Getty, Lou Doillon, Babe Paley, Jennifer Lopez, Louise Doktor.

 

Where did you go for your last vacation?
Negril, Jamaica and at least once a week I fantasize about going back.

 

Favorite recent books
Sag Harbor by Colson Whitehead and The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao by Junot Diaz. Also, anything by Charlaine Harris, Diana Gabaldon, Chris Paolini, Jean Auel, and a host fo other sci-fi/fantasy/mystery writers. I read any and everything.
