Bookmarks make great sun catchers and can hang on rear view mirrors to give a little "bling" to your car, truck or van. The focal part of this bookmark is a beautiful silver-plated brass filigree snowflake 1¼ round (32mm) pendant. My husband thinks the primary dangle looks like a dollar sign $. I personally think it resembles the letter S as in my name, Sandy. The overall bookmark length is approximately 19" end to end. The length of the seed bead strand that actually sits inside the book is 7 ½". This fits paperback books. It is composed of seed beads in white, silver and lilac strung on Beadalon nylon coated stainless steel stringing wire. The dangles at either end are a mixture of white Swarovski pearls (6mm), crystal/lilac faceted Czech glass beads, clear round glass beads (6mm), seed beads in white, silver and lilacs, iris clear Czech bicone beads and assorted frosted white beads.

I fell in love with fabric flowers when I worked in a fine crafts gallery. I have a whole gardens worth! I love wearing them on hats, scarves, jacket lapels, bags and sweaters. Now Im delighted to offer my own felty version. I created this flower pin by needle felting thick and thin merino wool yarn. I then sewed tiny teardrop shaped beads in the center and sewed a one inch pinback on the reverse. These pins are each made to order and will vary slightly from the image shown. They are about 2 1/2 to 3 inches (6.5 to 7.5 cm) across

This bracelet has such a retro 60's and 70's feel. I adore it. Opaque baby blue glass rectangles are paired with blue and white swirled glass donuts, and woven into a square pattern. A handmade Bali magnetic clasp adds dimension and continues the square motif. This bracelet is 8 1/2" long, and it will fit an above-average size wrist. Given its chunky nature, it will size down about 1/4-1/2".

I was also in a right-angle weave mood, so I tried it with these beads, and the "Retro, Baby!" series was born. This bracelet has such a retro 60's and 70's feel. I adore it. These are a new version of my copper rose, with a slightly different rose charm. These are lovely vintage copper roses, which I hung from antiqued brass kidney earwires. These earrings hang approximately 2 inches from the top of the earwire to the bottom of the rose.
