This item would look great worn to a wedding or a fancy party. The flower is made up of pervanche blue feathers turned in towards each other. They are set on a sinamay base in the same blue, with a tiny black bow under the flower. The merry widow birdcage veiling is black with spots. The black compliments the blue perfectly and skims across half your face when worn. Please ask if you would like Rome in a different colour. Please refer to my shop policies.

So couture - black and white! I love this design halter. It's revealing - yet not! This fabric is cotton and fully lined with white lining. The neckline is gathered in two sections and can be adjusted with the black chiffon tie, which is so comfortable. The sides are slightly flared to give curve to the body. The back portion is closed by two black chiffon ties, which make this very adjustable and also comfortable. In one picture I placed a large hand-made Black Organza rose to show how you can have a complete different look. This will fit size 4/5 to 6/7. If you have any questions, please let me know.
