As the Editor of WhiteApricot.com for nearly a year, an e-newsletter and website that's full of eco fashion news, tips and trends, I'm right on the pulse of what's happening in the green fashion world. Check out my style because...
We all know the Planet needs our help. And, it's not about being a fanatical treehugger, which I'm definitely not. I love my Prada bag and Jimmy Choos as much as the next girl. But, I am about making small changes to help the Planet by incorporating eco friendly clothes and accessories into my wardrobe. I believe that every little effort helps the cause. So, if you've been thinking about dabbling in organic cotton clothes or vegan shoes, follow me because I'll show you the best of the best! 
Three things I can't live without
 
When I'm not hiving...
I'm writing about eco style... hmmm... or I'm shopping... I also love to play tennis. My husband and I make a mean tennis doubles team...not really, but we try to play at least once a week. I also love hanging with friends and going out to try great restaurants. 
Describe my style 
My style is a little schizophrenic. For business and out on the town, I try to keep it sophisticated and elegant. But, on the weekends, I love easy, boho and funky, like wearing peasant style, sustainable fabric tops with my Del Forte organic jeans.

What designers are you into these days?
You may not recognize many of the designers I'm into because they are up and comer eco fashion lines, but I'm hoping you'll follow me and know them soon. I'm totally into Deborah Lindquist's beautiful knits made from recycled cashmere, EcoSkin, which is a wonderful dress collection, Terra Plana for shoes, Ashley Watson for handbags and, of course, uber designer Stella McCartney, for just about everthing vegan. But there are so many more great eco designers out there. I could go on and on...

 

I can't leave the house without
my Blackberry. Yes, it's true. I'm inundated with email from designers and their publicists all day long and it's the way I stay in touch and get it all done.

Color I rock the most
Green, of course! But, my kind of green comes in all different colors. I wear a lot of black as my base and love autumn hues, rusts, berry and deep purples and did I mention green?

 

My drink of choice
I love a Square One Organic Vodka martini with green olives and onions. I'm also a fan of VeeV, which is a great spirit made from the highly anti-oxidant acai berry and I'm definitely a chardonnay girl. Then, of course, there's filtered water...just never out of a plastic bottle.
