Measurements are as follows: * Waist: 24" * Hips (9" below waist): 36" * Length: 25" * Lining: 14" from waistline. * Hem can be lengthened another 4" Side metal zipper with hidden snap and hook and eye closures. 100% Wool Condition is excellent
