"Cloche", French for "bell-shaped" describes this snug fitting cap worn low over the ears. Pleated detailing on the side gives this hat a 1920's flapper look. Made out of a soft rayon blend. This is a lightweight fabric which is great for all seasons - especially spring and summer!

The face is slightly stuffed and the button for retracting the measuring tape is inside on the felt reverse side. This measuring tape can measure in both inches and centimeters. One side measures to 60 inches and the other side to 150 cm. The measuring tape is 2" in diameter.
