Stella McCartney Metallic Patent Patchwork Tote Eco-friendly Stella McCartney nails both smooth and patent leather by applying them over a non-leather base. The patent finish is navy and the smooth finish is a midtone blue. She then adds to this patchwork beauty by mixing in two metallicized denim patches -- one in light denim and one in dark. The imago necklace features a lovely vintage filigree gilt button hand set with a Japanese vintage flower cabochon.
