The soft floral print on seafoam crystal pleated chiffon evokes a romantic 1930's mood, but this feminine maxi dress is actually from the late 1970s or early 80s. The wide neckline is trimmed with a large ruffle. The sleeveless bodice of the dress has tiny pleats that skim over the body without being too fitted. Below the waist, the pleats open out into a soft drift of chiffon for the full-length skirt. The attached acetate slip underneath the sheer chiffon is cut on the bias, and closes in back with a plastic zipper. The chiffon layer has covered buttons in back. The dress comes with a matching, pleated chiffon choker (with a cute little rosette), which fastens with hooks and eyes. Bust: measures 32" flat, and stretches easily to 36" Waist: up to 30" Hip: up to 37" Length: 52"

Soft, supple olive green leather slides through an ornate topaz rhinestone buckle to fasten this 1970's belt. The large stones on the buckle are prong set in the heavy, pewter-toned metal. The belt is 2.25 inches wide, a nice size to cinch everything from a dress to a coat. The belt is rather long, so it will either fit a larger size, or it could be shortened, or worn low on the hips to fit a smaller size. It is in excellent to mint condition, with no noted flaws. Size: total belt length is 44", to fit no larger than a 40" waist (or hips) Width: 2.25" Buckle: 3" by 3.5"

Lilly Pulitzer Liza pink poppies 70's cotton wrap skirt. Known for her bright florals, Lilly Pulitzer designed this 1970's pink and white poppies print wrap skirt for her junior line ("Liza by Lilly Pulitzer" named after one of her daughters). The simple A-line skirt is made of her signature cotton/ploy blend fabric that feels crisp and lightweight. It wraps and ties at one side of the waist, and has two diagonal pockets in front. Waist: approximately 26-28" (wrap to adjust size) Hip: up to 36" Length: 25"

The lilac and peony print nylon of this 1970's nightgown by Gossard is trimmed with delicate lace along the edges of the bodice, and around the sexy keyhole opening. The plunging v-neckline ties in the center above the keyhole. The diagonal seaming below the bust is straight across the back. Although it looks like a halter from the front, the gown is actually a rather unusual "racerback" design. This feminine nightgown is almost too pretty to wear only at home! Bust: 32-34" Under bust: 28-30" (fabric has some stretch to it) Hip: up to 36" Length: 54"

70's Liberty print cotton sexy surprise slit skirt sundress by Mandy Pothecary. The words "super-sexy" and "Liberty print" aren't often linked, but in the case of this 1970's sundress, both terms certainly apply! This very lightweight cotton dress has a lovely surplice neckline with cross-stitched smocking and a tiny ruffle. The waist seam is trimmed with a matching bow. Below the waist is where the sexy come in: the skirt is made with a flat front panel, and two fly-away side panels that form very deep slits--to the upper thigh on each side! Diagonal seams run from the top of each side slit to the waist seam, where they meet at the center bow. The skirt panels overlap, so the dress appears a bit more demure, until you cross your legs, or encounter a breeze, then--lots of leg! The overall shape of the dress is fitted through the bust, waist and hips, and then the skirt has an A-line shape to the hem. It is unlined, closing with a vinyl zipper in back. This darling sundress is in excellent condition. Bust: 34" Waist: 26" Hip: 34"

Blue sequins 1970's disco tube top. Like a bright blue disco ball that you can wear, this sparkly late 70's or early 80's tube top is covered in shiny sequins. The sequins are sewn to a stretchy knit fabric base, which is fitted above the bust and at the waist, and blousy in between. Because the fabric is stretchy, the top is labeled as "one size fits all", but please check the measurements for more information. Funnily enough, the maker's name is "Day of the Unicorn"--how disco is that?! Bust: 30-38" Waist: 22-32" Length: 13"

Cream prairie floral 1970's cotton sundress. This sweet little 1970's sundress is made a crisp, lightweight fabric (probably a poly-cotton blend) the exact color of vanilla ice cream--yum! The floral print reminds me of the "prairie dresses" from this era, tiny flowers in light brown and green. The dress has adjustable shoulder ties, and elastic at the top of the bodice and the empire waist; so it will fit a range of sizes. Bust: measures 28" flat and stretches comfortably up to 38" High waist: measures 23" flat and stretches comfortably up to 32" Hip: free

Pucci prints are highly sought after by vintage lovers and modern girls alike, and this c.1970's never worn scarf is a great way to get a little bit of that Pucci fabulousness for yourself, without the 3 to 4-digit price tag! The scarf is made of 100% cotton, in a 24" square shape like an extra-large bandanna or headscarf. It would also be cute worn tied as a triangle top--very 70's--very sexy! The darling print is navy and white hearts on a kelly green background, with tiny flowers and polka dots in white. Emilio Pucci's signature "Emilio" is scattered throughout the design. The scarf is NOS, never worn, very crisp and in mint condition. Size: 24" square Label: Emilio Pucci, Florence-Italy, 100% Pure Cotton

Pink and sparkly--bring your inner "girlie" girl with this 1970's knit cocktail dress by Wenjilli. The lightweight, sheer metallic knit of the dress is a blend of acrylic and polyester, with lots of metallic threads for lots of shine. The slinky knit fabric will glide over your curves, and the zigzag cutouts will show some sexy skin (unless you choose to wear a slip for a more demure look). The cutouts on the bodice are echoed by another double row near the hem of the full sleeves. The waist area is a very open-weave knit, with three drawstrings to tighten or loosen the fit. The skirt is A-line and about knee-length on our mannequin. The dress closes with a back zipper, and it is in excellent condition. This would be a great dinner and then out dancing dress, shimmery enough for a night on the town and comfortable enough to wear until dawn. Bust: measures 30" flat and stretches up to 38". Waist: flat 26" up to 31" Hip: flat 34" up to 40" Length: 42"

Liberty of London is well known for their wonderful prints, and this late 70's or early 80's blouse is a great example of their designs, inspired by traditional Celtic knotwork. The fabric is lightweight wool, printed in khaki, red and aqua on a black background. The blouse is gathered in front and back, below a yoke. Tiny buttons close it in front, from a tiny mandarin collar to the shirttail hem, and the sleeves are very full.
