Great looking mega mod, vintage 1960s green poly shirt dress. It has a pointed green and white check print collar. Buttons trickle down the front and dress is darted at the bust. The sleeves taper at the winged checked cuffs with one button and the wide belt at the waist also have a check print. Dress has not been worn, bears original paper tag that is stamped Young Love.
