Hennessy XO
XO is composed of several hundred eaux de vie originating from the region’s four premier Crus: Grande Champagne, Petitie Champagne, Bordieres and Fins Bois. The bouquet is well structured and generous, releasing notes of spices, oak, ripe fruit, old leather and delicately scented flowers. It is well balanced on the palate, unveiling strong, predominantly peppery and ‘rancio’ flavours, testimony to long ageing.
Hennessy Paradis
In 1774 Richard Hennessy established the “Founders Cellar” on the right bank of the Charente River to house Hennessy’s rarest eaux-de-vie. Eight generations of Hennessys have since built up what is today the largest reserve of aged eaux-de-vie in the world. It is from these reserves that the Hennessy Cellar Master created Paradis. A burst of subtle peppery, spicy notes carrying heady floral scents. Characterised by finesse and elegance.
