Crisp and elegant as a pair of white gloves on Grace Kelly, this never worn, textured white "wiggle" dress from the 1950s and its matching swing coat make a lovely set. The original hangtag tells us that the "linen-like" white fabric is a blend of cotton, rayon and acetate. The sleeveless, fitted dress has a square neckline in front and back, cute hip pockets, and dainty pearl beading on the bodice. It is unlined and closes with a back metal zipper. Unlike the narrow silhouette of the dress underneath, the matching coat has a full, swingy shape. The cute, pointed collar is wired inside to keep it standing upright. The short sleeves have equally pointy, diagonal cuffs. The coat is lined in palest pink taffeta.

Lingerie doesn’t often go for laughs, but the 6 pairs of late 70’s or early 80’s vintage underwear in this deadstock set are each printed with a different silly/sexy saying. They are: Royal blue “Indescribably Delicious”, black “Once a Week Is Not Enough”, mocha “How Deep Is Your Love”, purple “Sex Machine”, aqua “Let’s Party” and burgundy “Cheek to Cheek”. The underwear have high cut legs, and probably a medium to high waist (check measurements). These are so wacky, they almost deserve to be framed and hung in the bedroom! Baby blue eyelash fabric polka dots, trimmed with lace and velveteen ribbon—a party dress? No! This darling deadstock 1960’s 2-piece swimsuit! The cute bikini top has a square-cut neckline with wide, 2 button straps, and an elastic back strap with a hook closure. The top has built-in cups which seem about C-cup-sized. The bottoms fit at about belly-button height, just below the natural waist. They are fully lined with an elastic-legged white cotton panty. The shorts have elastic at the back of the waist, and close with a back zipper and hidden back hook. Both the bikini top and the bottoms of this bathing suit have their original paper size labels intact. The swimsuit is unworn, in mint condition, and cute as can be!
