Amazing transparent black rayon tunic top. The scoop neckline has rows of tiny black beads as do the arm openings. Both sides are sprinkled with clusters of black beads and small cord dots. Bottom is lavishly adorned with black beads and bugle beads. Hemline is scalloped. Will look great over a dress, cami or tank. Labeled Pierling.
