Dogbuns© make any small dog a "Hot Dog" as long as their chest circumference (distance around the ribs) is between 13 and 22". The harness is made of black elastic and attaches to your dog with velcro around the chest and belly. The buns are 15"x 5" and weight about 1 pound. The condiment squiggle, also made of foam, attaches to the top of the harness.
