Brooklyn Artist Sarah Cihat scours thrift stores and garage sales for unfortunate looking dishware and breathes new life into them by reglazing and refiring them in her studio. Each piece is entirely unique and is overprinted with whimsical silhouettes of everything ranging from pinup girls to arachnids. The end result is a collection of visually interesting yet no less beautiful service pieces that also serve as an exercise in sustainability.
