Malaysian architect Kevin Low likes small projects; after working around the world on everything from master plans to high end condos, he still designs mailboxes. The folded stair was designed to bring natural daylight into the middle of a long, narrow property.

The perfect tie for singing along with "Stairway to Heaven" or for being entirely overdressed on the Stairmaster(tm). This golden tie was deconstructed, artistically embellished with necktie tidbits, and then carefully reconstructed. A total of 3 coordinating vintage neckties were used to create this one-of-a-kind fashion statement.
