It's mid-30s and chic in all-black with a square neckline framed by a cut velvet yoke. They did some marvelous things with sleeves in the 30s - these are deflated puffs in panels of cut velvet & crepe, lined in net and rather flirty. There's a cut velvet bow accent at the neck (detachable), and the silhouette is straight with just a bit of tailoring to the waist seam and princess seams of the skirt. Original self belt included with a terrific cut velvet belt buckle.
