At the start of each summer, I anticipate Pittsburgh's annual Three Rivers Arts Festival. It's not an atypical urban arts festival, but surely there's something about the city's beautiful skyline, familiarity, and 'Burgher comradery that I eagerly await. For me, it's also an event to get dressed up for. I'll definitely be donning this fantastic maxi for festivals to come. The shirred bust and roomy skirt with ruffled hem make for comfortable wear, while the removable and adjustable spaghetti straps give me the versatility I love. Finally, the paisley print, in a rainbow of purples, puts this dress a notch above the simpler solids I usually go for. Look for me at Point State Park wearing my new dress with leather sandals, oversized shades, and my favorite green beaded necklace. I'll be enjoying my fresh squeezed lemonade and corn dog, because those are the things about an Arts Festival I most look forward to! -Angela, Fashion Writer
