Background of the Manuscript:     In November 1873 Sister M. de L. C. of a convent at V. began to communicate with the departed Sister M. G.  Sister M. G. is a suffering soul in Purgatory and communicates with Sister M. de L. C.- at times the conversation is noted, but primarily the Sister M. de. L.C. is writing the words of the dead nun.
