We have taken our name from the Tuscan town of "Poggibonsi." On our first trip to Tuscany, we got lost every day and kept running into signs for "Poggibonsi" — the name stuck with us because it is so fun to say.

This Italian olive wood board is made from the cross section of an Umbrian olive tree with "live" edge. Olive wood is extremely durable. Each board is uniquely shaped and the natural grain varies.
