What makes this heeled Mary Jane by Chie MIhara is the combination of leathers: flashy metallics (gold, bronze) mixed with understated matte colors (grey, burgundy). It can go to work. It can go out. It will look good on all occasions (except maybe at the beach... ).

I've seen a lot of black ankle boots this season, but this Chie Mihara design is one of the most interesting. I love how simple it is, milking style from those three folds across the toe. And because it's Chie, I know I could stay on my feet in that heel for a really long time without saying, "Oooof, I need to take a load off..." Love it.
