Quilt tops are hand pieced using 100% cotton fabrics. The batting is polyester and Minkee (the coziest fabric ever) is used as backing. Machine quilting is done in complementary colors and patterns, and cotton strips are bound by hand. All fabric has been pre-washed and while the quilts are machine washable, we ask that you use the gentle cycle. Loveys are just the size you’d want a security blanket to be, measuring in at approximately 15” x 15”. Blankets are about 30” x 30”, great for toddlers in a stroller on brisk days or as a protective layer between your baby and the ground. You could even bundle up a newborn. A grosgrain ribbon loop secures a binky (or ciuccio in Italian) to the quilt so it won’t fall to the floor.
