The skirt drapes across to one side with knife pleats cascading off the waist and opening up towards the bottom. Dress has a tulip hemline and is fully lined. Gently worn no flaws to note. Center front of dress has three insets, two in purple the other in magenta and all embellished with a gold tone textured metal button. It has padded shoulders and a back zipper.
