John Tauben vintage 1960s, luxurious full length chocolate brown mink coat with black undertones. It has a convertible collar and hidden hook and eye closures down the front. What makes this coat unique is that is that the bottom is removable, there is a zipper at the bottom that allows you to lengthen or shorten. Coat is fully lined with an embroidery floral design on lower section, a name is monogrammed at one side, not visible when worn. It has side seam pockets and the fur is soft and supple. Tejano Music fashion history. This quilted silver lamé outfit was designed by the late Tejano singer Selena Quintanilla. In the early 90s before she opened her boutique in San Antonio, Tx. I had the privilege of selling her outfits in my boutique. Selena designed these and had someone make them for her. This outfit consist of a silver and black jacket covered with silver metal studs. It has shoulder pads. It has a ribbed standup collar and ball buttons down the front. Bottom and cuffs are also ribbed. The black sleeves alternate between metal studs and small mirrors.
