these classically designed globes, expertly made from mouth-blown glass, offer a welcome contrast to the bright colors that typically accompany the season. Scatter these etched ornaments on your Christmas tree or throughout your home - hang them beneath the chandelier, tuck them into the wreath or nestle them in a tabletop bowl.

Recalling our frontier past, these beautiful, enduring crosses are handcrafted from old railroad spikes that are fused together and center-wrapped with copper wire. The metal sculptor named this piece "Joy" for the way its outstretched arms look ready to embrace. For indoor or outdoor use (materials will rust in wet weather). Handmade in the USA.

The island of Murano, just off the coast of Venice, was originally devoted to glassblowing in the 13th century. When I visited this past spring, I saw for myself how little the traditions have changed. The glass is still made from the sand on the islands and the artists still blow each glass piece individually to create ravishing works of art like these bells. With multicolored swirls, these delicate handblown, hand-colored glass ornaments make a glittering holiday statement. To avoid breakage, these bells have no clappers. Each original bell is approx. 4" h.

These amazing, pure salt crystals come from deep in the ground near the Himalayas, where they developed over millions of years under intense pressure--like diamonds. Handcrafted as a tea light candleholder, the crystal emits a beautiful glow when lit. For centuries, they have been revered for therapeutic powers. I love them simply for their primitive, natural beauty. Each natural crystal varies in size and coloration. Tea lights not included.
