The pendant itself is about 1 ½” x 5/8” and is bamboo which is environmentally friendly. Bamboo needs to be cut regularly so that it can grow better. Each pendant has a semi precious gemstone at the top which has energy of its own. I use quartz crystal more than anything as it magnifies whatever it is near, in this case it is magnifying the intention of the affirmation. Each pendant comes on a satin cord that is 36 inches long so you can decide how you want to wear it. You can wear it long and tuck it into your shirt if you don’t want people to see your affirmation or you can double the cord and wear it shorter or cut it and tie it to the length you want.
