VITRA W.W. Stool Philippe Starck is best known for his erotic forms and his bizarre, often disingenuous public pronouncements. Starck's modern designs are unmistakable - saucy amoebic minimalism with and irreverent twist -- and revealing. Right now, I'm sitting here eating my Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich, watching Flight of the Conchords, submitting sites to my favorite Social Networking websites, all the while my Noguchi Akari lamp is lighting my way...I adore this lamp more than any of my other mid-century modern pieces. I only wish it was a true vintage piece...but reissues are always in mint condition, right? ;)
