Stella McCartney Metallic Patent Patchwork Tote Eco-friendly Stella McCartney nails both smooth and patent leather by applying them over a non-leather base. The patent finish is navy and the smooth finish is a midtone blue. She then adds to this patchwork beauty by mixing in two metallicized denim patches -- one in light denim and one in dark. They both have a shiny silver sheen. As for the details: The bag is flat (but can hold a lot) and measures 16" wide at its widest point by 14" tall. On top over the curvy patchwok there are two patchwork pockets at the sides, both with goldtone zippers and SM charms. The patent handles are finished with big goldtone buckles.
