This image from the Ballerina series, one of Milton & Marilyns most recognized collaborations was taken in 1954 at Miltons New York City studio when Marilyn arrived for the opening of the "Seven Year Itch," Clothing designer, Ann Klein, sent various outfits to Miltons studio for Marilyn to wear, however all the outfits were two sizes too small. All of the poses in this sitting amusingly deal with Marilyns problem of holding up the ill-fitting toule and satin dress. The most recognized image from this sitting was chosen as one of Time-Lifes 3 most popular images of the 20th Century along with Albert Einstein (photographer Phillipe Halsman) and Winston Churchill (photographer Yousuf Karsh). This newly restored image was published for the first time in the May-June 2001 issue of American Photo. Scientifically rated to last 200 years! Limited Edition of 500 Image Size 18 x 18 on 23 x 23 Paper

This is one of the sittings that Milton and Marilyn did while Marilyn, hiding in self-imposed exile from her public, was living with the Greene family in New York. Milton, Jay Kanter, and Irving Stein sued 20th Century Fox to gain Marilyns release from her slave contract. They won, and a month after this picture was taken, she appeared in public for the first time in a year. This restored image has never been previously exhibited or published. Scientifically rated to last 200 years! Limited Edition of 500 Image Size 18 x 18 on 23 x 23 Paper

The appropriately entitled Red sitting produced this memorable image. It displays the playful eroticism apparent in all of Milton and Marilyn Monroes work together. Photographed for Life magazine in January 1957, its focus a simple red dress, this session would be their last. Milton used a twin lens Rolliflex with a 2.8 planar lens and early Kodak E-3 Ektachrome color positive film. No longer printable photographically, the original film has been drum-scanned. After 40 hours of restoration at The Archives, this image has been brought back to life. The final restoration is archivally printed with a scientifically rated life span of 200 years. Limited Edition of 500 Image Size 18 x 18 on 23 x 23 Paper

The Black Sitting. Photographed in Miltons New York studio before leaving for California to make "Bus Stop," this series remains the ultimate Monroe-Greene achievement. For all its sexy fishnet stockings and provocative attitudes, it retains the saucy innocence of a little girl playing dress-up. The use of a bustier and fishnet stockings first used here, sparked the design of the costume worn by the character "Cherie" in Bus Stop, the film they produced as well. This image was published in Playboys January, 1997 issue honoring Marilyns anniversary. Printed on Hahnemuhle Photo Rag Fine Art Paper in The Archives exclusive archival printing process. Scientifically rated to last 200 years! Limited Edition of 500 Image Size 18 x 18 on 23 x 23 Paper

During a session in his New York City studio in 1954, Milton photographed several lighthearted and playful images of Marilyn with such simple props as a wicker chair. This sitting yielded extraordinary pictures of Marilyn wearing blue pedal pushers and matching blouse, which appear in 'Milton's Marilyn', however this candid image, which was taken at the onset of the session has never been seen, published or exhibited. Printed on Hahnemuhle Photo Rag Fine Art Paper in The Archives exclusive archival printing process. Scientifically rated to last 200 years! Limited Edition of 500 Image Size 18 x 18 on 23 x 23 Paper
