It is neither a box, nor a piece of furniture, but all in between. you buy them collapsed and sealed in plastic folio. whenever you need them you take them out, fold them into boxes, zip them with a pair of rubber bands, and they are ready to go. they can safely be stacked in up to 10 feet towers fixed through a center screw at the top of the box and they can be set up as shelves crawling along the walls by using some joints supporters, and all in between. finally a dust lid is snapped into place through the opening in front, making this the window for display.

This one was crafted for DWR Tools for Living by Dave Ellis, who spent 10 years working in the canvas business before creating his own line of tents and tepees in 1982. We chose his work because of his quality materials and construction that provides proper ventilation, flame resistance and reinforced stress points. Whats also unique about this design is the sewn-in floor liner that allows proper air flow, while ensuring that nothing accidentally leaves or enters the Tepee. This floor also makes it easier to see where the poles should be placed when building the Tepee. The floor liner is not waterproof, which Ellis did on purpose since material that breathes wont kill the grass underneath.
