Daedelus' Daughter is a unique winged necklace in the Steampunk style. The characterful salvaged watch movement has the most wonderful patina and has been embellished with a single ruby rhinestone, and hangs from a pair of brass angels wings.  The asymetric chains add a touch of eccentricity. Layers upon layers of dichroic glass pieces give this pendant it's unique patchwork look. It is absolutely striking in appearance and there will never be another one exactly like it! This is a solid piece made of numerous tiers of clear and dichroic glasses. Then it is shaped in the glass grinder to give it those great edges and round shape. Finally it is returned to the kiln one last time to be fire polished. Only compatible glasses are used to ensure strength and durability of every piece I make. Pendant measures 1 1/4" round diameter and is attached to a silver plated bail. The surface of the pendant is textured glass for added interest to the piece. Comes in a pretty jewelry gift box.
