The gauze skirt is a full circle. It is a mix of solid sections interspersed with smocked sections and is richly embroidered with very fine embroidery thread in a "garden of Eden" pattern replete with flowers and butterflies. In addition to the embroidery, some of the flowers are handpainted with metallic paint and some are studded with twinkling red or blue rhinestones.
