A new style from Matthew Williamson, which we think is one of the most lustworthy pieces of the season. It's styled in a printed silk chiffon over a black silk chiffon underlayer with a deep V neck with gentle pleats above and below. The empire seam has skinny cords with goldtone metal tubes at the ends, which you tie right at the front of the dress. The long sleeves are a fabulously full bell shape complete with wide fluttery ruffles at the cuffs. The silk chiffon is printed in a gorgeous floral of jewel tones on black: fuschia, orange, lime, purple and white, with gold metallic teeny sequins scattered here and there.
