50s, motivated, white cotton halter dress covered in a vibrant red, navy blue and light blue flower print. Dress front has a modified empire waist, thin straps wrap behind the neck and tie. The backside and wide midriff are smocked. It has a very full gored skirt. A white cotton slip is attached to the skirt. Dress is new without tags. Labeled "Hot Kiss".
