A fabulous 1950's coat dress (the weight of the fabric, the fact that the buttons go all the way to the bottom of the dress, and the addition of snaps under the buttons make me say that this is a dress not a coat, but I coud be wrong) in a lightweight heathered slate blue wool. Figure flattering princess styling with a self fabric button front. Large shawl collar with two silver buttons (look like rhinestone buttons but they are not). Cuffed 3/4 length sleeves. From Old and Beautiful Vintage a deco era purse. Completed in brown silk velvet, the purse has an ornate brass frame. Black and orange enamel paint, with 2 tiny rhinestone on either side of the clasp. Also 2 orange stones one of which has a end broken off and missing. The double cord handle has a ball and bangle bead hanging from it. Its a small evening bag, very nice.

Excellent condition with just a tiny bit of minor moth nipping at fabric. No holes... just the nap nipped down (see photo for one). Impossible to see unless inspecting.
