Beautiful Vintage Japanese silk clutch. The softness of the silk fabric could only have come from age. The silk is in very rich Burgundy with images of pink petals all over the front of the clutch. The fabric is so pretty that it looks like a water colour painting. The clutch is completed with a gold lining, complementing the outer fabric perfectly. The fabric was given to us by our father's elderly neighbor in Japan. This fabric is discontinued silk samples that she had in the back of her closet from about 20 years ago. The material was only about a yard so we were only able to make a few clutches out of it, and this is the last of it!
