Dress has a small flat collar that drops down into a small V. Placket has buttons that run down to about the hips. Bodice has pleats that rise up from the waist and the full skirt has knife pleats on front side that open up towards the bottom. It has side seam pockets and a self belt. New with Tags.

It has a scoop neckline with piping and the cap sleeves are cut in one piece with the bodice. The drop waist bodice also has vertical darts with boning and four rows of solid yellow bands. A bow sits at one corner and the full skirt has small gathers that fall from the waist and open up towards the bottom. Skirt has attached netting for added fullness.
