Based in the midlands, 'Both' is a collaborative and creative design partnership between Ruth Waller and Lee Hewett, which thrives on a vibrant exchange of ideas from a multi-disciplinary perspective. The principle aim of 'Both' is to design, develop and manufacture innovative and functional 'textile based' products for the interior and fashion markets. As a company we are concerned with the investigation of structure, complexity and texture within constructed textiles and the modern interior. We aim to go beyond surface pattern to explore the three dimensional and structural potential of fabric, through the use of a range of innovative design and production processes.

Angela O Kellys wearable art crosses boundaries between sculpture, jewellery and textiles. She combines paper with fabric, felt, metal, cord, recycled plastic and semi-precious stones using a variety of textile and jewellery techniques. She produces two ranges: large sculptural wearable art pieces, and a range of smaller neckpieces, brooches and bangles. Inspiration derives from a fascination with simple shapes, textures and repetition. It is taken from observing colour and texture in landscapes, boglands, rock formations and sea life. She exhibits in galleries across Europe and America.

I have been sketching some other fun designs but in the meantime if you have not seen how I make these key rings take a look at my tutorial. There I show how to make one of these. Link.

Wool is dirt repellent and the cushions should hardly ever be cleaned - especially not machine-washed. In case of stains try first with a little water. Wait till the water has dissolved the stain and press with a dry cloth. The cushion can also be douched lightly in running water. Press out the water, do not wring. The cushion should be left to dry in a well-aired place
