Black, nubby, textured, poly cocktail dress. The bodice has a standup collar and a surplice neckline that is open down to the waist. It is darted at the bust and small, pinched gathers rise up from the waist. The skirt has large box pleats on both sides. Sleeves taper at the cuff with a textured gold tone metal button. Dress closes with a back zipper. The belt is a black stretch fabric with a hammered gold tone metal buckle. Labeled "Howard Wolf".
